What is Outfit Advice?

Outfit Advice is a safety net that allows you to be confident in what you submit. Before submitting an outfit for a given task, you can ask me for outfit advice by showing me what you have designed. I will give you a very small piece of advice on how to improve it. If I feel your outfit conveys what you were trying to successfully, I may say "No outfit advice needed."  This does not mean your outfit is flawless, nor does it guarantee safety at panel.

Everybody is entitled to one piece of outfit advice per week, so long as they ask prior to the final moments of the deadline (I may not reply instantly.) You do not need to ask for outfit advice, it is completely optional. Using outfit advice
does not lower your score at panel, nor does refusing it give you extra points. It is totally inconsequential. It's an added layer of confidence for anybody who feels they need it.
As the game progresses, outfit advice will be slowly waned out and made unavailable by the final six. I may also disable outfit advice temporarily on a task if I decide to; if I do, I will say so in the task outline.

Outfit advice can be used directly by asking for advice on one particular outfit, however, it can also be used to narrow down your submission from several prototypes! Let's say you have 4 prototypes you enjoy, but you cannot decide which to submit. You can use your outfit advice by showing me the prototypes, and having me select the one I prefer the most. However, I will not give any advice on top of the selection - the selection itself is the advice.

If a task has a guest judge, do not ask them for advice. Only I (Snawl) can give outfit advice.
Asking questions about the task itself does not count as outfit advice, don't worry. If you have any questions pertaining to outfit advice, don't hesitate to reach out to me.
